LEADER: Come, beloved of God, and rejoice in the Lord!PEOPLE: For the Spirit of God is among us, bearing fruit in our lives.
LEADER: Love, joy, peace, patience—these are the gifts of the Spirit.
PEOPLE: Kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—these are the ways of Christ.
LEADER: Let us worship the God who plants these seeds in us.
ALL: We will worship with grateful hearts and open lives!

Merciful God, You have called us to bear the fruit of Your Spirit, but we confess that we have not always lived as Your faithful people. We have let anger crowd out peace, self-interest replace kindness, and fear diminish our joy. We have been impatient with others and hard on ourselves. Forgive us, Lord. By Your Spirit, take away all that does not honor You, and nurture in us the love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control that reflect the life of Jesus Christ, in whose name we pray. Hear us now as we silently confess our sins to You.

We believe in God, the Creator of heaven and earth, who made us in love and calls us to live in love. We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who embodied the fruit of the Spirit in every word and deed, and who died and rose again to bring us new life. We believe in the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us, growing in us love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We believe we are called to live by the Spirit, serving God and neighbor in all that we do. Amen.

Flooding & Facility Update
Due to the recent flooding, areas west of the Sanctuary are unavailable until further notice. As we assess the damage and determine next steps, several other rooms throughout the church have been repurposed for offices, finance, and other ministry needs.
For now, additional room scheduling is on hold as we work to make the best use of the spaces available.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we navigate this together.
SAFETY NOTICE
Due to safety concerns related to the flooding, no one is permitted in any area west of the Sanctuary beyond the stairwell/elevator until further notice. Please do not enter these areas unless specifically authorized.Access to the Sanctuary is available through the main Sanctuary doors or through the Adam Lamb Preschool entrance.
Thank you for respecting these restrictions as cleanup and assessment continue.
